Skip, Scaffolding and Streetwork Licences

Skips

• Complete the skip application form
• Payment can be made over the phone by calling 0151 511 7198
• To pay online you will need to request an invoice via email: streetworks.tm@halton.gov.uk. 
• Payment by chequ​e and completed paper application forms can be delivered to one of our One Stop Shops (HDLs) . Alternatively you will be invoiced at a later date

Waste Carriers (skip operators)

Scaffolding

• Complete the Scaffold Application Form
• email the form through to: streetworks.tm@halton.gov.uk so the team can check your eligibility
• Once granted someone will get in touch about payments
