We are aware of an issue that some customers are not receiving their emails to sign in or register for their online accounts.
This seems to be an issue with Hotmail and Outlook email security and we hope the issue is resolved as soon as possible.

Council Tax is payable on most homes. How much you pay, before benefits and discounts, depends on the “banding” of the property. A ‘typical’ house in the UK is one that was valued at 1 April 1991 at between £68,001 and £88,000 and so is in tax ‘band D’.
Houses with lower values are put in bands A to C and pay less tax, while those with higher values are put in bands E to H and pay more tax. The band of your house and the amounts you pay are shown on your bill.
