Social value is the additional economic, social and environmental benefit created for local communities through an organisation's activities, investments, policies and procurement decisions.

Halton Borough Council’s Social Value Marketplace is intended to support the delivery of meaningful social value in Halton by connecting businesses and VCSE’s with mutually beneficial opportunities to support local needs.
