Food waste caddy deliveries are coming
From week beginning 5 October, our crews will be delivering food waste caddies to Halton households in collection day order, starting with properties that usually have a bin collection on a Monday, and working through the other collection days as the weeks go on.
Please bring your caddies in after delivery and store them at your property until collections begin.
The food waste collection service will start week beginning 2 November, so please don't present your caddy for collection before then. Our crews will collect your food waste caddy on your usual bin collection day in a separate vehicle.
Regular updates will appear here and on our social media pages.
Properties that usually have their bins collected on a Monday or Tuesday should now have received their food waste caddies. If your collection day is usually Monday or Tuesday and your caddies haven't arrived, please get in touch and we'll look into it.
